At R1 we understand that not everyone needs a full time office and can not justify the expense of paying for an office if they only need it one day a week.

 

Here at R1 we can tailor a package to suit your needs from an office on call just to see clients in once a month to needing an office three days a week.

 

 Office on Demand:

 

This is great for those people who are mainly out on the road or work from home and are tired of meeting clients at cafe's all the time.  With an office on Demand all you need to do is call us to book an office.  You can then arrange for your client to meet you here in our professional offices for your meeting and after your client leaves you can too.  All the while they think this is your office but you only had to pay for for the time you were here.

 

Office on Demand is also great for those who just need to get out of home or off the road and sit down in a quite location to do that annoying paper work or emails.  Or maybe you just need to get away from the kids at home to a quiet place to work.  With Office on Demand you have internet and access to printing and photocopying.

 

 

Part Time:

Part time office is where you need an office for a day or more each week.  This might be for those who are on the Coast regularly to do local business.  This is similar to Office on Demand however it is often a set monthly fee for the nominated days and is cheaper.  While we can't guarantee the same office each time, we try to give you the same office.
