R1 Business Office
This is our flagship. With a R1 Business Office you will enjoy all the benefits of the Regatta 1 Business Centre. You have your own office with full internet and phone as well as all the facilities of Regatta 1. Depending on your individual requirements, we can tailor a package for you that will include all the facilities/functions you need most in one simple monthly fee.
We have offices with interconnecting doors to cater for businesses that require two offices and we also have offices with full length windows, offering an open aspect for you and your clients.

R1 Office BasicAt Regatta 1, we understand that every business is different and has varied needs. You may not require the full service of a business centre and simply want an office without the extras.
We have packages to suit those needs. A basic office will still come with an office desk and chairs with 24 hour access. However, the use of board rooms, meeting rooms and receptionist are not included. Of course, if you do need any of those facilities at anytime, they are available on a ‘pay as you use’ basis.
This package is ideal for those who just need an office to work quietly away from home.
R1 Day Office
The R1 Day Office is ideal for people who just need an office for a day or half a day on a regular or irregular basis. It is perfect for those who just need an office to do some work in a quiet space or for someone who needs to meet a client where an office is more suitable than a board room.
With our day office hire, you have access to a private office with desk, chairs, internet and phone.
Board Room and Meeting Room HireYou don’t need to have an office at Regatta 1 to use our board and meeting rooms. We also make them available for external hire at an hourly rate and can also arrange catering for your functions or meetings.
Our board room seats 10 people and includes a white board and data projector, while the meeting room seats four people.
