Finding small professional office space on the Sunshine Coast can be difficult. At Regatta 1 we have come across many clients who are needing more space than just one single office. Often people require a larger space to accommodate 3 - 6 people but to find 30 - 50 square metres of good office space on the coast is generally not available. If it is, it is generally some run down place that does not portray a professional image for your business.
If are are looking to lease office space in the range of 20 - 25 square metres please come and see us. We have several offices coming available soon that are on ground floor location and have windows. If you are in a position where you are unable to commit to a three year lease then we can help here too. We have designed this office space for 12 month leases for those who are uncertain of their office requirements in 12 months time. You maybe a new business going through a growth phase and don't have the resources to lease 100 square metres just now but believe you will need it in a year or too. Here you can use this office space as a stepping stone to your future. We do also have leases for 6 months and 24 months. The price for the office does change depending on your length of stay.
