drive south to Caloundra, 10 minute drive north to Maroochydore and
only 8 minute drive to the Bruce Highway. It is very central to the Sunshine Coast and only takes 40 mins to Caboolture or 40 mins to Noosa from our front door. Makes it an ideal location for those who need an office but also need to travel around the coast to see clients.
Our location is right on the Regatta lake in the heart of what is becoming the central business district of Maroochydore and Caloundra. This is where the new Private Hospital will be built by 2016. Ample off street parking and no CBD traffic congestion.
