Virtual Offices
Perhaps you don’t require an office but need someone to answer your phone. We
are here to meet your needs too. Here at Regatta 1 Business Centre, we offer a
service that provides you with a professional postal address and dedicated phone
number, which we will answer on your behalf. We call it the R1 Virtual office.
It has all the benefits of an office without the added price tag or commitment
and your clients will think you are located in a professional business centre.
This option is ideal for sales reps, home based businesses needing to provide a
more professional face for their clients, or as a stepping stone to eventually
moving into an office at Regatta 1 as your business expands.
OR
For those who wish to advertise on the Sunshine Coast and advertise with a
Sunshine Coast address, such as Accountants, Lawyers, Financial Planners, and
many other professions. You can appear as a large firm with offices in more
than one area, and hence capture clients in this area. When you have clients to
see you can then hire one of our offices or meeting rooms for the required
time. This can be done for as little as $33.00 a month.
We also offer tailor made packages to suit individual needs.
Virtual Office – Mail
For those who just need a professional business address to give clients or to
use as a registered business address for legal requirements.
We will notify you by email and store your mail until you pick up or forward
your mail to another mailing address. As an additional service we can scan your
mail and forward via email.
Excluding the additional service, the cost of Virtual Mail is $165 per three
months. There is no term to sign up for other than a minimum of 3 months. To set up this
facility costs only $33.00.
Virtual Office - Mail & Phone
This is our standard Virtual Office. As well as a postal address you are also
provided with a phone number of which we will answer in your business name
between the hours of 8.30 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
This service is $45 per week ($195 per month) for our standard service. There
is no lengthy terms to sign up for. We can treat this as a month by month
service with one months notice to cease. To set up this facility costs only
$33.00.
Virtual Office – Mail / Phone / Meeting
In
addition to Mail and Phone we also provide you use of our Board, Meeting or an
office each week. This is great for those who have a need to see their clients
in a professional location. Works great for businesses wanting to expand into
the Sunshine Coast region and need to have a base to meet clients but cannot
justify the expense of a full time office.
Virtual Office – Tailored
As every business has its own unique
requirements, we can tailor a package to suit your needs. This can range from
telephone answering, board and meeting room use, to taking bookings on your
behalf. The options are endless.
